Kay de Wolf of the Nestaan Husqvarna Factory Racing Team claimed victory at the British Championship round in Preston Docks this past weekend.
The event in England was an excellent opportunity for De Wolf to maintain his race rhythm in preparation for upcoming Grand Prix rounds. On a perfectly prepared track, he set the fastest time during qualifying. He carried that momentum into the races, securing two dominant moto wins and taking the overall victory.
Kay de Wolf: “It was a really great day. I had a lot of fun and felt good on the bike. It was the perfect training on a beautiful track. I definitely want to come back in the future.”
De Wolf will continue his preparations this week for the Grand Prix of Czech Republic, which is scheduled for the coming weekend.
